This would stop freezing and crashing. I would also like to stay logged in while I search for a provider.

The app works fine, but is very limited. It would be nice if it provided more information.

Only thing this app is worth is nothing. It shows your ID card. Who cares, it would be nice if you could see your statements

This is an extremely limited app, in the sense that you can see your ID cards and thats about all. You need to log out to search for a provider. A few things it needs to be able to do to be of better use: - show coverage details. - show past claims, remaining deductible. - remember login. - allow user to remain logged on while searching for provider. - save favorite providers. - enable scheduling with providers, one touch call to providers. - provide faxing of ID card (then we can fax it to drs office)

No use...Fix the app please:

If you are a new user you cant create an account through the app. Also. if you search for providers they all have the same address. Lol. Those are two huge problems that I saw in 30 seconds and then deleted it

This app aint ready to be released.

I can log in but it does not show my ID cards. Says no ID cards available at this time. Has been saying that since it updated. Plse fix

Has not been updated in over a year. Crashes, buggy and slow.

This app is very buggy and doesnt properly show the providers in the area you request with the given services filter. I had a map come up of the provider location and it was in Ohio and Im in Texas.

Just as lousy as their website.

For a mobile app, registering is a pain to do from a cell phone. I closed it out and Im removing from my phone. Its just not worth it.

Abomination. Registration through the website just plain did not work and requires calling customer support. The app has zero useful features: the view your ID card feature could be completely replaced by taking a photo of your ID card with your smartphone. Im so embarrassed I took the time to register to use this app. It doesnt even save your username. How did this app happen? Ugggggh.

Only allows you to search providers & view your ID card, that is all. You have to register with a username and password online first, which is a headache with all the info they want. If youre under a DMO then your providers are preassigned making this app pointless to have.

The website made me download this useless app to search for a provider. No ability to narrow search by provider type, like pediatric or general. Limited functionality, practically useless.

I cant even log in with the credentials I use for the website. It tells me my info is incorrect. It is not. Absolutely useless. Get it together, Guardian! Im STILL waiting for my ID card more than a month after my effective date with them. Im beginning to rethink my choice of dental insurer, honestly.

Just signed up for plan and wishing I went back to my old plan. The app is useless 1/2 the time it crashes and is very limited AKA can view one thing. Your ID card. Come on Guardian lets step up to modern times. Even savings cards have more options.

For the love of god hire a usability engineer! Like the website, this atrocious app is a usability nightmare. I guess I should have expected as much between being given a QR code when trying to download on their website (as opposed to just providing the direct link, why?), having to fallback to getting emailed a link to download (really?), and the fact that it hasnt been updated in nearly two years!!!

Only download this app if you urgently need to view a copy of your card or find a provider while on the go. Otherwise, its using up space on your phone that could be otherwise filled with, hmm I dont know, pictures of kittens or another selfie or that recipe you found but will probably never get round to making or all the caring, humanitarian, non offensive statements made by Republican politicians.

This wont even log me in or find a dentist provider wth?
