GUARDIAN® Providers & ID Card App Reviews

No functionality

You can do only 2 things with this app: 1) see you ID card after you log in 2) find a provider Thats it folks! No seeing your plan details or anything. It is literally just those 2 things. I mean...for that it works. But took off stars because cmon! At least give plan info!

This app is such a waste of time. It tells me there are no providers not even 100 miles from my location. How is that even possible?

Logging in crashes app. Just need my ID and would like it in mobile form. Running iOS 9.3.5

This app is useless, just like their website. This company does not make it easy to find your information outside of calling them.

Its severely out-dated and the features dont work.

I want an app where I can submit my receipts! This is super annoying that I have to do this from my home computer! Every other insurance company/provider has this option. Get on it guardian! Fix this stupid app and make it useful.

Worst app ever! Do not bother! I registered on my computer then downloaded the app and it wont let me do anything! Cant even find a stupid Dentist!

As soon as I opened app a message pops up saying the app may run slow on iPhone and developer needs to update app. I downloaded anyway thinking I have some time to kill anyway. So I click on search providers in my area and it takes me to the search screen for maybe a blink and then defaults back to the main starting page. I click a few more times and it does the same thing. Worthless app, I know have to gather a few phone Dentist numbers I found on Google and call them to see if they accept Guardian. Im starting to wonder how good can they be if they can even update their app.

I cant even login to the app; waste of time. Do they even see these reviews? They need to taking these reviews seriously. Worthless...

Needs an overhaul. Major update to bring: 1) Update to iOS 10 2) TouchID to protect data 3) Graphic UI enhancements for larger screens 4) Option to pay premiums right in app Get to it! Fix it!!! Thanks!

I hope Guardian didnt pay much for the app. Wont even let me log in with the info I use on their website. Only 2 functions and both dont work.

Good for finding a provider, but my login (which works on the website) doesnt work on the app, so I cant even get a copy of my card... which is what I really wanted. Everything else is available on the web. No link to reset password on the app and customer service had no tech support.

I have to agree with most of the other reviewers. This app is a complete disaster. I cant even log in! Dont waste your time on this mess.

Very easy to navigate.

Much easier to locate a provider based on GPS location than manually searching via the web.

I deleted this about 10 min after using it. VERY VERY PAINFULLY SLOW! It would not refresh when I tried a new search. Horrible waste of time!

Way too slow to use on the phone. Whats the reason for having it in the first place! Its unuseable now

I like the new member Id card option! Still easy to use!
